What payment methods do you accept?

For online sales I accept PayPal and most major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.   

 How quickly will I receive my art?

If you are purchasing canvas art without colorization, your order is sent to the printer within 48 hours.  Once the printer receives the order from me it takes about 2-5 business days to print and mount your artwork.  After your artwork is shipped you will receive an update with a tracking number.   Then your art is only 3 or 4 days away.

The  3" x 5" Color Print samples for Canvas Art take between 7-10 days.  For faster delivery I keep more popular sample prints in stock and those are typically mailed within 24 hours.  Samples that are not kept in stock, have an additional 2-4 day lead time for printing.  Either way, once mailed, delivery is within 3 days in most cases.    

For custom colorization you will typically receive an email from me kicking off the process within 48 hours.  The timing of the consultation and colorization process is dependent on the artwork and what you are looking for in the customization.  After I have approval from you on the digital proof, you will receive a 3" x 5" Color Print sample for final approval.  The sample print will arrive after 7-10 days.  Once the artwork has been finalized for printing, the timing will be the same as with regular art orders.    

Note cards and gift items orders are reviewed within in 48 hours.  Production time will vary by item because of differences in suppliers.  Production time for jewelry and iPhone cases is approximately 3-5 business days, playing cards between 8-12 business days, and note cards between 1-14 business days.  In order to keep shipping costs down, your entire gift order will be shipped together.  As a result, the time when your order is shiped is dictated by the longest production time within your order.  Shipping time is between 1-3 business days.  

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping costs on canvas artwork and metal prints within the Continental United States is free!. Additional shipping costs may be charged for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and additional charges will be reported to the buyer for approval before the order is finalized.  Faster shipping is available on request for extra cost.

Note cards and gift items are shipped separately from canvas art via USPS priority mail.  Pricing is deterimined by weight and volume.  You can see the total shipping costs for an order by viewing your cart and using the Estimate Shipping & Tax option. 

What is your return policy?

All artwork and products are printed on demand when ordered especially for you. As a result, returns will only be accepted in cases of damaged merchandise or errors on our part. If you receive a product that is damaged during transport, you have 48 hours from the date received to notify me. All shipping material must be kept with the damaged item until our carrier has released the merchandise to be returned. If damage is not reported within 48 hours, our carrier will not assume any responsibility and the product cannot be replaced.

When are sales taxes applied?

My business is physically located and licensed in Oro Valley, Arizona.  Orders shipping to Arizona are subject to state sales tax and orders shipped to Oro Valley zip codes are also subject to city tax as well.  Tax rates are based on the shipped-to address.   

Will the art work be the same color as what is displayed on my monitor?

Color is a difficult issue on a computer monitor because every monitor displays color differently. In addition, the way light reflects off a printed surface is fundamentally different from the way a monitor is illuminated. As a result, while the images are as representative as possible, the final artwork may look different in person than on your screen. Ordering a color sample before ordering your art work is recommended to insure that you are happy with the colors.

Will I get a ton of emails by subscribing to the newsletter, signing up with an account, or making a purchase?

All of your contact and personal information is kept private, I don't sell information or share it with anyone.

I also keep email contact lean so you shouldn't be overwhelmed by emails from me.  My newsletter is published monthly so you will receive one welcome email when you subscribe and one email per month after that until you unsubscribe.  You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email.  If you have trouble with this contact me directly and I can manually remove you from the list.

You will receive a few more emails when signing up for an account or making a purchase to provide specific information such as confirmation of purchase, notification of shipping, or request product review.   

Is your art work copyrighted?

Yes, by law I own the copyright for all my art work. Please read my copyright notice here

Can I see your art in person?

If you are in the Tucson area you can see my artwork in the Insight Homes Models at the Preserve at Dove Mountain and in Career Center at the University of Arizona.

Can I buy an Original?

If you are interested in purchasing an original or having one commissioned please contact me and we can discuss this.  I will take commission requests on a case-by-case basis.

Can I reach you by phone?

As a general rule I do not publish my phone number.  By day I am an engineer and cannot take calls during average business hours. It is much easier for me to respond to emails.  I promise to do my best to respond to all emails promptly.  If you have a question that you suspect may require actually talking, please send me an email with the question and as much information as you can, include your phone number along with the best times to reach you.  If a phone call is needed we can arrange and appointment for me to call you.      

Do you offer discounts for professional designers/decorators?

At this time I do not have any formal discount program; however, I am happy to work with professional designers, so if you are a professional designer and would like to work with me please contact me.
